How to delete your account and all associated data

Option 1: Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your data is through the app itself:

  1. Go to aidigitalcrew.com and sign in to your account
  2. Click the "Delete Account" button in the account section
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This immediately and permanently deletes:

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • All projects you submitted
  • Your profile information (name, email, photo URL)

Option 2: Contact Us

If you cannot access your account or prefer manual assistance, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove all data associated with it from our systems:

  • Your authentication record (Firebase Auth)
  • All project submissions linked to your account (Firestore)
  • Your display name, email, and profile photo URL

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
